The City of Castle Rock invited me out to The Western Heritage Welcome event this year. It's a fun event for people to come listen to music, food trucks, get a tintype, native american dance demonstration, AND watch the cattle drive down mainstreet in Castle Rock.
These were really fun and people got a big kick out of it. We were set up at Founders park and I really enjoyed using this tree as a backdrop.
A real special treat was taking tintype portraits of the Rocky Mountain Indigenous Dancers. Check out their Facebook Page for up-to-date info on upcoming performances.
If you have an event coming up and want some super unique options for your spectators and guests, shoot me and email. I would love to come to your event and share the history and to take some timeless portraits.
My tintype photo booth is available for corporate events and conventions or even street fairs. Images are ready in a matter of minutes and ready to go right away. I produce 5x7 metallic prints on-site. All portraits are created using a 150 year old historic camera and lenses.
